My wife wants to print elf on a shelf stuff, I’m looking to print bits and bobs while I try understand how to build my own models.Įnd game I would like to be printing larger models like construction plans. Know if I’m Gonna put it to good use before spending more. New to the thought of 3D printing but want toīudget is around the $500 mark as I want to These are the adapters I used, but I believe the gigabyte ones are wired the same:ĮZDIY-FAB Adapter Cable for Corsair Lighting Node Pro and for Corsair iCUE Commander PRO (hub is not Included), Smart RGB Lighting, Connect to Any 5V 3-Pin ARGB Devices (2 x 20cm) I have a similar setup with a commander pro and a lighting node pro for 4 different channels and I used similar adapter cables to hook up all my non-Corsair fans, waterblocks, and LED strips and they work great, with the caveat that each channel runs in parallel rather than series. But if you're looking to keep all the fans in sync, and all the other compenents in sync then it will work. This is in contrast to how the proprietary Corsair ARGB fan hub will wire them in series so that each fan can be lit up independently of the others. if all the fans are on one channel, you won't be able to customize the fans individually from each other. That will work, however since each channel will be setup with the components in parallel, all with have the same ARGB pattern, i.e. It works wonders as you can see! Just make sure to remove any conflicting RGB softwares from your PC! Hope this helps anyone with RAM or other RGB related lighting issues! My final solution after some troubleshooting and deleting any other RGB software, other than iCue to control my fan curves, was to use SignalRGB to control all RGB aspects of my PC (this video is a couple days old but I did manage to purchase an ARGB to iCue adapter so that I could use the controller to, well, “control” the LEDs in the AIO Pump. I’ve tried solutions such as the G.Skill Trident RGB Software, and the ASUS Armoury Crate, but they didn’t detect the RAM either! Personally, I’ve tried using Gigabyte’s horrible RGB Fusion software, but it is limited in what effects you can do and sometimes the software doesn’t detect the RAM.Ĭrucial’s MOD software to monitor the RAM’s performance and RGB control happens to work only after opening the application on its own rather than on startup and even then it tends to lag out and cause issues. For anyone with Crucial Ballistix RGB RAM having any issues controlling their RGB, here are a couple of solutions and situations:
